A short tutorial article that will show you where to find your automatic batch time.
Batching is a necessary function of processing credit and debit card transactions in your restaurant. It is responsible for initiating the movement of money from bank accounts so you can be paid for the orders you fulfill.
It is generally recommended that you batch once every 24 hours. For that reason, many service providers allow for automatic batching to happen at the same time every day. This auto batch time is set when you first sign up for Lavu Pay.
Log into your CardPointe portal using the link here:

Once you are logged in, click on Administration along the top of the page, then select Batching.
We highly recommend picking a batch time that you will NEVER have to change. Constantly changing the batch time of your card transactions can lead to potential issues and a delay of funds being deposited into your account. If you need to change the time of your auto batch, we recommend reaching out to Lavu customer support to ensure it is updated properly.
