How do I update my Lavu preferred contact information?

For account security, only certain individuals may update the preferred contact information. The following people may make changes to the account:

  • The primary account contact.
  • Cardholder of the credit card used to pay for the account.
  • The location’s Lavu Certified Reseller.

 

To update Lavu’s preferred contact information, please send an email to billing@lavu.com with the updated information. An email is preferred to verify the correct spelling of names and email addresses.  

The following information is kept on file:

  1. Name.
  2. Email Address.
  3. Phone Number - please specify if this is a personal or business number, and whether it is a cellphone or landline.
  4. Location’s Physical Address.

The majority of Lavu communication is sent via email including Billing alerts, scheduled maintenance, and system upgrades.


Note: The Billing Department maintains regular business hours from 9 AM - 5 PM (MST), Monday - Friday. Please allow sufficient time for Billing to receive and process requests.
