Server Handbook: Server Reports

Lavu offers several reports that can assist servers and cashiers with reconciling at the end of their shifts. The two most commonly used reports, a server summary and register summary, will be covered in this guide. For more information with using the Server Reconciliation function, please see following link to our customer knowledge base by clicking here.

SERVER SUMMARY

The printed server summary is a report that servers can use to help reconcile at the end of their shift. The Server Summary reflects sales and transaction data conducted by the specific user generating the report only.

REGISTER SUMMARY

The printed register summary is a report that a cashier can use to help reconcile at the end of their shift. Similar to the way a Server Summary’s information is tied to a specific user, a Register Summary will reflect all of the sales and transaction data conducted on the selected register from which the report is generated only. Accordingly, a given Register Summary may contain sales/payment data conducted by several individual users.
