Receiving a Lavu ToGo Order and Sending to the Kitchen

Once an order is placed online by one of your customers, it will show in Open Orders within Lavu POS. If you have turned on Enable in-app order polling then you will receive an alert message informing you of the order. This is the simplest way for your staff to know they need to send the order to the kitchen.

Lavu ToGo Orders will have an order number that starts with "2-" and has "Lavu ToGo" after the order number. This helps your staff to quickly identify Lavu ToGo orders that need to be sent to the kitchen.

An alert text message will be sent to the cell phone number and / or email address entered during the Set Up of Lavu ToGo

The customer will also receive an email confirmation of their order.

NOTE: The image that appears in the email will be dictated by the company logo uploaded in Company Settings. The Lavu Monster is simply an example of the email format that customers will receive.
