Frontend: Management Area - Transfer Orders

FRONTEND: MANAGEMENT AREA - TRANSFER ORDERS

It is common for locations to Transfer Orders from one server to another. The process of Transferring Orders is simple and can be done by anyone with full access to the Frontend Management Area (see link below to set the required Access Level to access the Management Area).

To set the appropriate Access Level to access the Management Area follow the link below:

TRANSFERRING ORDERS:

1. Tap the Lavu icon in the top left corner of the screen.

2. Tap Manager Functions.

3. Tap Management Area.

4. Tap Transfer Orders.

TABLE ORDERS:

1. Tap the drop-down menu on the left side of the screen to select the room in which the table with the order to be transferred is located.

2. Tap the table with the order to be transferred.

3. Tap the “Transfer Table To” drop-down and select the server to transfer the table to.

The name of the Server will change to the Server selected and will appear under that Server’s Open Orders.

TABS / QUICK SERVE ORDERS:

1. Tap the drop-down menu on the right side of the screen.

2. Tap the Tab or Quick Serve order to be transferred.

3. Tap the “Transfer Table To” drop-down and select the server to transfer the Tab or Quick Serve order to.

The name of the Server will change to the Server selected and will appear under the selected Server’s Open Orders.
