Basic Router Troubleshooting

Let Lavu meet all of your hardware needs at the Lavu Shop!

Once your router is configured there should almost never be a need to make any changes to it.

If you are experiencing trouble with your network connection there are a couple of things you can check.

 

Are your devices receiving a Wi-Fi signal?

If your devices are not receiving a Wi-Fi signal, try power cycling your router. Give it a few minutes to reboot; this will often fix your problem. If they still do not receive a Wi-Fi signal you should contact your Lavu Reseller or Network Technician for assistance.

 

Do you have an Internet connection?

If you are receiving a Wi-Fi signal but still cannot access the Internet, try power cycling your modem. If this does not work you may also want to try power cycling your Router.

If you are still unable to access the Internet you should contact your Internet Service Provide to see if they are experiencing any issues. If further assistance is needed you should contact your Lavu Reseller or Network Technician for assistance.
