Offline Mode is for a temporary loss in internet connectivity. Cash transactions are stored until a solid internet connection is available. Credit card transactions are unavailable.
NOTE: The POS Lavu App needs a minimum internet speed of 6MB/s down and an upload speed of 2MB/s.
1. Tap the green icon, to view the internet connection status.
2. When the internet connection is lost, the following prompt will appear. Tap Work Offline to turn Offline Mode on.
3. While the app is in Offline Mode, the icon will appear red.
4. When the internet connection is reestablished, the red icon will flash green. Tap the flashing icon, then tap “Work Online.”
5. Tap “Continue.”
