Lavu To Go 2.0 Orders in Your POS App

What do Lavu To Go Orders Look Like in the App?

Unpaid Lavu To Go orders will show in two different locations in the app: the Open Orders screen in the Lavu To Go folder and Tab Layout. Paid Lavu To Go orders will show up in your Closed Orders screen, also under the Lavu To Go Orders folder.

Unpaid Orders

Open Orders Screen

Login to the app. Then, tap on the hamburger icon.

Next, tap on Orders.

Then, select the order you want to open from the list on the left and then tap the Edit icon.

Tab Layout

Open the navigation menu by tapping the hamburger icon at the bottom left of the screen.

Next, select Tabs, and select Lavu to Go.

Then, you’ll see all of your unpaid Lavu To Go Orders populated as tabs.

Paid Orders

Paid orders are located in the Closed Orders tab.

Tap the hamburger icon.

Tap Orders.

Tap Closed and, there they are.

Understanding the Lavu To Go Order

We have added a few items to Lavu To Go tickets to help you to manage order workflow.

The Dining Type option is annotated along with the anticipated meal or pick up time. Plus, we’ve added in the time it was ordered and the last time the order was opened to be modified. The table is assigned to Lavu To Go, and the customer's name is noted on the order.

Putting it All Together

Now that you’ve customized your Lavu To Go site, it’s time to get started using it. Use the embed code on the settings page to add a direct link to Lavu To Go in your existing website.  Make sure your customers know it’s out there. Advertise it using your social media and post notices in your restaurant. Get the word out and watch your online orders roll in.
