MenuDrive is introducing a new security enhancement feature, CAPTCHA, which allows you to require your customers to verify themselves before placing an order at your restaurant, and this will help you avoid any fraudulent transactions.
In this article, you'll learn how to enable this feature and how it will impact the online ordering experience for your customers.
Navigate to Location Profile, and at the bottom of the page, you will see a new toggle button allowing you to enable CAPTCHA verification on your storefront.
Once enabled, you can set order subtotals that will require Captcha verification before placing an order.
After that, click the Save settings button at the bottom of the page.
Online Ordering Storefront
If a customer’s order falls outside of your thresholds set in the previous steps, they will need to fill out a checkbox CAPTCHA before submitting their order.
Once the order is complete, your customer will receive a message confirming the success of their order and containing all relevant details.
