      Lavu is compatible with 2 series of Star Micronics printers.
      1. The TSP 650 series (currently the TSP 654)
      2. The SP700 series (currently the SP742)

      The TSP 650 printers are thermal printers, and are best used as receipt printers in your front of house.

      Meanwhile, the SP 700 printers are impact printers, and work great in the kitchen.
