The Customer Deposit report tracks all deposits conducted through the Deposit function under Register Functions from the Lavu POS app.
Note: Transferring the deposit amount onto an order is currently not possible. The total amount will be shown as zero in the report if the deposit amounts are refunded.
To find the Customer Deposit report in the Control Panel, click on Reports in the left-hand side menu, and select Cash Management.
Click on the Customer Deposits at the top of the screen to access the report.
The report will provide an ID for the deposit, the last four digits of the card used to make the deposit (this will be blank if the customer paid in cash), the server who took the deposit, how much the deposit was worth, and when it was taken.
You can export the report in CSV format by clicking the EXPORT TO CSV button. CSV files can be opened by most spreadsheet programs like Excel and Google Sheets.
