The Lavu Chat Bot can serve as a quick and easy way to get in touch with our team members, depending on what you need. It is capable of arranging a meeting with our sales team if you have additional questions about our products and services.
Once you log into your Lavu Control Panel, you will notice the Lavu Chat Bot in the bottom right corner of the page. To open a chat window, simply click on the icon highlighted in the images below.
LavuBot Options
I. Get Support for your Lavu POS
Suppose you click Get support for your Lavu POS. In that case, you will be provided with the Lavu customer support phone number and email address. There will also be links to our support site and status site so that you can check on the status of your POS at any time.
Whenever a chat is completed, you can start a new chat by clicking To start a new chat, click here, and it will take you to the LavuBot home page.
II. Learn about Lavu for your Restaurant
If you click Learn about Lavu for your Restaurant, you will be connected to the Lavu sales team. A team member will connect with you and answer any of your questions. Your name and email address will be required in order to arrange a meeting time
III. Learn about our Partner Program.
If you are a reseller looking to sell Lavu POS, you can arrange a meeting by clicking on the Learn about our Partner Program. You will need to provide your name and email address, and a member of our team will be in touch shortly.
